Spring Kiting at Dallas

Natalie and I met up with Charlie at Dallas Rd this afternoon and the wind was coming in from the south-east at a good kiting strength.

Charlie had already put in a half-hour or so by the time we go there and, after Natalie had clocked an hour plus, he was still ready for more. Natalie made some good progress throughout her session and recognized that kiting a paraglider is a skill separate from flying and one that takes lots of practice!

Looks like we might have some more southerlies tomorrow so Dallas should work again (no high flying from Mt Prevost yet as the access road is still impassable due to snow!).
