Rick and I joined Kevin and Sherry for the day, starting at Mt Prevost. Rick launched solo and then Kevin won 'rock-paper-scissors' and elected to go first on tandem. We launched easily in a nice cycle from Middle with Kevin running on air before we got even half-way down the slope. There wasn't much lift near the cairn but we found something to turn in over the lower cuts before eventually landing beside Rick along the strip.

On round two, Sherry and I launched from Main and went pretty much straight up, climbing over takeoff right away. We cruised by the cairn and found good lift near the lower cuts as the sun had started to shine through. Arriving at the LZ with over 1000', we decided to land and get some lunch (good landing Sherry!).

Rick got above the mountain for a bit and then joined us in the LZ.

While Rick played around (at one point making multiple high passes) I worked with Kevin and Sherry, eventually getting them to the point where they each successfully flew solo!

Great day everyone. Can't wait to see your video footage Sherry!
