Click image for more photos (lots of great ones by Chris)An earlier start at Coopers today saw two smoother flights for everyone. Some pilots left a little low and opted for the alternate LZ. I sent Hans there as well but he ended up finding some lift which continued all the way to Randy's, where he arrived with plenty of height - causing him to be patient to get down.
We took a break after lunch and headed to Kalmalka Lake to cool off. Frisbee fun ensued.
Click image for more photosHans' wife Monica was up for trying a tandem flight so she came for the evening Mara Lake flight but unfortunately, the wind on launch was too strong and too south so we got skunked. Natalie and Trask put together a great curry for dinner so all wasn't lost!
